Q. How do I notify you our intentions to bid? Can you create a YJA account for me to bid on my own?

A. Sorry but we cant make individual accounts for bidders, thats too many for us to take care of. Just send us email, contact us using the form below and we will bid for you as soon as possible.

Q. Where is your office location in Japan? I want to know so I can save japan domestic shipping from bidding items near your location.

A. Our base right now is at Osaka, Japan.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We only accept PAYPAL for payment.

Q. What is 4% PAYPAL charges?

A. Our PayPal account is a premium account and we get charged 4% of the total payment everytime we receive money, therefore we included the charges into the invoices so we don’t lose money in process.

Q. Can I refund the item after I received due to the item damage or for other reasons?

A. Once the item has been sent, we hold no responsible if the item get damage, lost, etc. So we will not accept refund in anyway after the payment had been done. Postal Insurance can cover lost or damage item depends on the shipping method you choose, so you can buy insurance for the item depends on your choice of shipping method.

Q. When will the item arrive?

A. The arrival of the item varies depends on your choice of shipment. SAL shipment takes 2-3 weeks to arrive when EMS only take 4-10 days.
